This individual will work on an excavation crew and play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from but not limited to utility work, site grading and pipe laying. Communication skills and a proactive team attitude are a must. We will provide all of our skilled laborers with the tools they will need in order to perform the tasks to meet our high expectations, but our projects will maintain a fast pace and demand consistent productivity and quality of workmanship from this individual.

This individual shall possess a CDL A or B license with sharp vision and proactive abilities with good communication skills. The job duties include but are not limited to hauling various kinds of material to and from job sites, onsite, & with the ability to maneuvering and navigate around equipment operations. Must be able to operate excavation equipment to load & unload onto trailer to transport from job to job. Keeping daily inspections and servicing of their Company truck is required.

This individual will be responsible for one or more crews at any given time and play a crucial role in a broad range of site work activities. The site foreman is responsible for scheduling, directing workers and providing a safe work environment. We rely on our foreman’s for knowledge and motivation we will provide the tools and support to get the job done, but production and quality of the work lies with their performance. The right candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of site foreman experience. This person will have to work directly with customers, general contractors, engineers and inspectors and must act professionally while keeping the companies and clients best interest in mind. Applicants must be self-motivated and detail oriented.

This individual will work with an excavation crew and play an integral role in a broad range of site-work activities ranging from site grading to utility work. Applicant must be skilled and knowledgeable in operating the following equipment: bulldozer, excavators, loaders and site-trucks, etc. We provide our heavy equipment operators with a fleet of modern well maintained equipment and in doing so we expect them to be Must have experience, integrity, and quality workmanship.
